• Once the Pre-order is over, it will be 5-8 weeks, depending on the company's backlog due to the upcoming season.

• You can paint your snowman at your convenience in-store by making a reservation at www.pigeonhenpottery.com.

• Snowman comes with a clip-in light kit with a roll switch & light bulb.

• Glaze and Acrylic Paint are included in the price. Specialty Upgrades are not included in the price.

• Acrylic is a non-fired paint and will be ready to enjoy immediately!

• Glaze paint —liquid & food safe once fired, takes 2 1/2 weeks to fire & has a shiny glass-like surface. We will send a text message when the product arrives.

• You will select your paint option when you are ready to paint!
